About The River Club

The River Club is located right next to the Zambezi River – and it offers a tranquil space for relaxation near the adventure capital of Victoria Falls. From the lodge, you can explore the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park and historical Livingstone area. You can relax by the swimming pool with a cocktail, go on a cruise down the river and enjoy a picnic on one of the tiny islands, go on a game drive or read a book on your private deck. There’s something here for every type of traveller!

The River Club Accommodation

Guests can choose from 3 different room types: River Suite, Luxury River Suite or the Luxury River Family Suite. The River Suite units sit on the Zambezi River banks and from your bathroom, bedroom and lounge you can view the water rushing past. If you prefer a private deck and plunge pool, then you can choose the Luxury River Suite. From these suites, you can also see the water and they are decorated with teak, a small garden and a spacious living room.

Families are welcome at The River Club and the Luxury River Family Suite is perfect for larger families who are exploring Zambia and the Victoria Falls together. This suite has two partially private ensuite bedrooms which can accommodate 3 kids.

Recently, the lodge has built an additional unit – the Princess Mary Suite. This is a luxurious double story villa that’s located in a secluded garden with its own pool. It can accommodate up to six guests and the ground floor feels like the miniature version of a safari lodge with its own small bar, dining area, library and lounge. The palette is soft and calming with a sumptuous touch.
