About Shumba Camp
Busanga Plains is a paradise in Zambia’s biggest national park, Kafue National Park. It’s tucked away in the north of the park and makes up 720 square kilometers of palm groves, lagoons and wetland areas. There’s a huge variety of wild animals here from the big cats to lechwe and jackals. A safari in this place is second to none! Shumba Camp is named after the prides of lions that have made this area their home. The camp is located on a wooded island – a tranquil space surrounded by plains.
