Kichwa Tembo Tented Camp lies nestled in the foothills of the Oloololo Escarpment along the Sabaringo River. The camp’s stunning location makes it the ideal spot to view the breathtaking spectacle of the Great Migration.

The natural colours and simple, earthy décor blend in with the tranquil plains, and the split levels of the guest areas create space while maintaining a sense of intimacy during quieter seasons. Cool down on the very edge of the Mara in a rim-flow swimming pool designed to showcase the magnificent panorama of the Masai Mara.

Kichwa Tembo Tented Camp comprises 12 classic tents, 20 superior tents, and 8 superior view tents, including 3 family suites. All the canvas and wood tents are snuggled within the surrounds of the Sabaringo River and the large, opulent beds are arranged to ensure guests get the most of their view. Each tent has an en-suite bathroom and a private verandah.

The superior tents are larger and the superior view tents offer uninterrupted views of the majestic plains. The family suites are made up of two interconnected tents, with enough space for two adults and two children – an extra bed can be added by prior arrangement.
