About Fraai Uitzicht 1798 Robertson
To reach Fraai Uitzicht, once you leave the tarmacadam road out of Robertson, you will make a left turning down a dirt road for 7kms passing various farms on all sides before finally reaching this luxurious enclave, established in 1798.
Deeply historic, the original Cape Dutch Manor house is inhabited by its owners German Karl and Sandra and their two children. Karl is the most friendly, affable and laid back of managers whilst Sandra presides with great talent over the kitchen, producing a cuisine which is well renowned and sort after in the region by both locals and foreign visitors. Indeed, this is a gastronomic award-winning destination where much of the food is local, homegrown, organic, and beautifully cared for.
